Joining CONNECT
How do you join?
First, read the information in the Member Information Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Then, if you wish to become a member of CONNECT, fill out the Membership Application Form and give it to your employer. Your employer will send it to CONNECT's administrator, who'll enrol you as a member. You'll get a letter welcoming you to CONNECT along with a copy of the most recent Annual Report.
You will also receive a membership card as well as a membership number. Don't lose your card - you'll need to quote your number whenever you contact CONNECT. Then, every six months, you'll receive a statement showing your benefit details. You'll also receive regular newsletters with the facts you need to know to make the most of your super and updates on CONNECT, as well as an annual report on CONNECT's activities for the previous year.
