Lost Members - keep CONNECT up to date

Help us "find" our Members and "keep" them

It is important that CONNECT's files are kept up-to-date. An incorrect or outdated address can prevent CONNECT from delivering a membership card, six-monthly benefit statement reporting on a Members entitlements or the annual report and newsletters. As much of the money in CONNECT will be held until a member is returned, incorrect addresses are an ongoing problem. When Members change their addresses, please inform CONNECT.

If AAS requests a current address for a member on the monthly contribution return, please supply the address without delay, and If you change your address, please notify AAS without delay. Without correct addresses there can be no effective communication between CONNECT and the employers or between CONNECT and Members. In some cases CONNECT may be required to transfer a Members' benefit to the government as "unclaimed monies".
