Overdue contributions

If you fail to make contributions for any given month you will receive, on the next contribution return, a reminder that CONNECT has not received your contributions for the previous month. (The reason may simply be that you had no employees that month, that being the case you still need to submit a NIL return.)

If you do owe contributions they should be paid without delay as outstanding contributions constitute a debt payable to the Trustee of CONNECT and are recoverable by legal proceedings.

Overdue contributions are placed in the hands of debt collectors and the Trustee of CONNECT is obliged to take legal action to recover these to preserve the rights of the Members.
